Sunday CCD — every Sunday at 10:00-11:00 AM
Volunteers are needed at CCD on Sundays (10:00-11:00 AM in the Bartlewski Center).
Stop by the office on the main floor to check in.
Ask the teacher you are helping to sign your volunteer hour sheet.

Sandwich Sunday — January 25 after 11:15 Mass
Volunteers will meet in the church after the 11:15 Mass to prepare 50 sandwiches for delivery to St. Vincent de Paul homeless shelter in Bristol.
Ask Debbie or another adult to sign your volunteer hour sheet.
Sandwich Sunday is the last Saturday/Sunday of each month. Mass times vary.

Service Monday — February 2 at 7:00-8:00 PM
Volunteers can join the Youth Ministry on Service Mondays for a snack and service project.

Tuesday Dinner at the Zion Lutheran — February 3 at 3:00-5:15 PM
Volunteers from our parish prepare dinner at the Zion Lutheran soup kitchen (27 Judd Street, Bristol) starting at 3:00, and service ends at 5:15 PM.

Sorting Bottles/Cans — Sunday, February 8, at 11:00 AM
Volunteers can help the Youth Ministry sort bottles/cans by the Bartlewski Center garages.

Making Gołąbki — Friday, March 6, at 4:00-9:00 PM
The Youth Ministry needs volunteers to help make gołąbki for their upcoming Polish Dinner.

Altar Serving — every Mass
If you’re not already an altar server, speak to Deacon Rich after Mass to learn more and sign up for altar serving.
You can altar serve on weekends and weekdays. See the Mass schedule in the bulletin or here.

Lectoring — per lector schedule
Lectors are volunteers who read at Mass.

Adoration at St. Gregory — every Tuesday at 7:00 PM
St. Gregory Church (235 Maltby Street, Bristol) has an hour of Eucharistic adoration every Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
Praying for the living and the dead is a spiritual work of mercy.

Dożynki — September 10-13
Set-up will begin Thursday (September 10) at 5:00 PM.
The festival will run 12:00-7:00 PM on Saturday (September 12) and 12:00-5:30 PM on Sunday (September 13).
- Debbie needs volunteers at the Youth Ministry booth to sell root beer and orange soda floats, lead a “take a chance” game, do face painting, and shoot hoops.
- Donna needs volunteers at the Tag Sale by the Bartlewski Center garages.
- Jen needs volunteers to bring food to the vendors and to watch the vendors’ booths while they go to the restroom.
- Renia needs volunteers for the Polish food booth to bring food from the church hall outside.

Making Pierogi — November TBD
The Youth Ministry needs volunteers to help make pierogi for their upcoming Polish Kitchen at the Christmas Craft Fair.

Service Sunday — November TBD at 11:00 AM
Service Sunday begins in the church hall at 11:00 AM. Everyone is invited.
Service work includes:
- preparing and delivering Thanksgiving food baskets,
- setting up the Advent giving tree,
- changing out the missalettes, boxing up food pantry donations,
- and more.
Lunch will be provided for volunteers.

Jasełka Play — January 9, rehearsals beginning in November
Jasełka is the annual Polish nativity play put on by the youth of our parish.
Rehearsals begin in November, and the play will be on Saturday, January 9.

Night with St. Nick — December TBD
The CCD Parents Group needs volunteers to help set up for Night with St. Nick and to help on the day of Night with St. Nick.
- We need volunteers to help on Friday, December TBD, from 5-8, in setting up tables, craft area, Christmas trees and decorating them.
- We need 3-4 volunteers to help on Saturday, December TBD, from 5-8pm the day of Night with St Nick, with craft table in helping kids with the crafts. Volunteers will be served dinner with the rest of the guests.
